Youth With A Mission
All YWAM staff are volunteers. This means that while we serve full-time in ministry, we do not receive a salary from YWAM. Instead, each staff member is responsible for raising their own financial support through a network of friends, family, churches, and businesses who believe in the mission and choose to partner with us.
